Yes 14". It wasn't a success in the UK. Retailers don't stock it anymore. I don't think big heavy vacs are popular in the UK as they are over the pond. I think a lighter 12" nozzle might be. But then again most want bagless. Maybe one day bagged will make a comeback. I'd love to see more...

I thought it was good until I saw these results. I like the way it handles and manoeuvres but if these figures are correct I'm sure they are then it's not going to deep clean that well only surface clean. I'm going to use bagged cleaners in future. I wish Miele would make an upright with a 12"...

I had a pet boost too. Same thing happened to me. Had the belts replaced and it was fine. I've sold it now though. Prefer the Kirby. Still an excellent machine but I'd prefer Manuel height adjustment like on the G1.

That is a huge loss! I'm beginning to go off bagless! This is what i've always thought a lot of these cleaners look good on low pile carpets but that's not a real test.How well will they do on thicker pile carpet that is a better test. I hope James gets to see your results :)

Well that's the vast majority of what TTI produce. Plastic crap. I'm very glad they haven't ruined the Metal Royal though. I've heard rumours it's going to be discontinued and only the commercial cleaners will be available.

She should apply to the Guinness book of records for the longest lasting Vax 😊 It did a decent job when it was working but there are better options in my opinion. I also had a Vax carpet washer. That was always going wrong too. I'll never buy another Vax.

I had the Vac Air Reach. I think the reach must have stood for reach for the phone when they break down every month 😂

Hmmmm not the best quality or reliability. You get a 6 year warranty tho. Their workshop must be very busy 😁

You should look at the Vorwerk Kobold VK200 an absolutely fantastic vac. As good if not better than any of the vacs you mentioned 😁
