MUST see this mans views on dyson

Most of Dyson Upright wands are skinny due to them fitting inside the hose. I think the DC07 had one of the widest wands and the hose is bigger in diameter to accompany the bigger in diameters wand. That's the problem these young Engineers have great ideas but I think they don't stop and think...

MUST see this mans views on dyson

True but unfortunately it doesn't stop the general public abusing their vacuum still. Making things simple and easy to use and maintain by the user reduces some of these issues. The other issue is some users think vacuum cleaners are used for cleaning up all sorts of things when there main...

MUST see this mans views on dyson

That was a bit of an eye opener on that Dyson Digital Slim model. Even for a cordless vacuum for quick in between clean ups the air paths through both motorised heads was very small and like the guy said in the video poor design! I do think Dyson vacuums are becoming too complex and too over...

    Sebo automatic X1 1997

Yes the hose detaches from the wand for car cleaning. Just remove the hose from the wand when the wand is stored on the vacuum. Not sure if you can remove the hose from the wand when you have already removed the wand from the vacuum body. I'm sure someone can confirm this. I would attach the...

    Sebo automatic X1 1997

I know what you mean parwaz786, but SEBO do mention this in the instructions to advise how to use the vacuum to stop this happening. I would say the onboard wand&#92hose is used for quick cleanups above and below floor by using the wand in one hand and the other hand held on the main handle...

    New SEBO 350 Evolution Video!

Thanks for the video post sebo_fan looks a great vacuum. I like how he throws the Evolution on the floor I think to demonstrate the new over secure foot pedal that SEBO mention!? The motor is definately in the base making it easy for maintaince and less complex as a commercial vacuum. I was...

    Rhetoric of Dyson

I've not experienced this in any John Lewis as yet. I have see and part experience a similar situation in Curry's before. I'm not dissing Dyson as a brand but I have noticed the Dyson Sales Rep I've seen in electrical shops mainly in Curry's are being more tactical and misleading to customer...

    Introduction

Hello and welcome to the site. I use to own several of the early Dyson vacuums, but no longer but still follow with interest to see what Mr Dyson comes out with next. Enjoy the site.

Dyson set to invest £250 million!

Sometimes you could say 'over engineered', their philosophy is 'less is more' which for the cordless range yes but needs to be applied to the corded models especially the upright range. Over engineering can cause other issues and problems in my eyes. Simplicity should be the key to modern...

Dyson set to invest £250 million!

They did once yes! Or use a full size floor tool to vacuum under low furniture! I've been on at Dyson to develop an upright over the years that lies flat to vacuum fully under low furniture and beds etc.... but that was their solution to my suggestion! As I kept telling them when you are...

Newly designed Sebo Felix synthetic bags ?

Good to see the updated and improved synthetic bags for the Felix are even better. Look forward to buying some and trying them out sees at the difference is against the first version of them! I have to say the Felix Eco I tried in John Lewis with the Eco 700 watt motor was impressive. The demo...

Dyson set to invest £250 million!

Think your right sebo_fan but they will only achieve that if they start using their digital motor that is smaller and lighter in size in their corded uprights! Hopefully they will! No reason why not if the digital motor in the DC59 slim is equalient to 300 watts.

Dyson set to invest £250 million!

Great idea Dysonman1 for a dryer using the cyclone to collect the lint. One product I'm sure will surface as there is patents applied for is a quieter hair dryer! Can Dyson reinvent the upright ball technology for a 4th generation of this technology!? Or is the V ball technology the last...

Dyson set to invest £250 million!

I would never say never for Dyson to bring out another washing machine. They stopped production as to costly to manufacture. I would think they are working on a new version of the contra rotator washing machine that is better and cost effective to manufacture. Although they never went into...

Dyson set to invest £250 million!

I think they are investing&#92committing a total of £1billion in R&D as they want to launch no more than 100 products over the next 4 years including entering in 4 new market sectors. The 3000 jobs in the UK will be part of the expansion of their HQ building in the UK, expanding this to include...

Newly designed Sebo Felix synthetic bags ?

Your welcome oliveoiltinfoil thought I'd share that info. To be honest I didn't know about most of though changes if that SEBO demo guy was not there to explain. He was very nice to speak to and friendly too. Good to know. Think he said there was about 5 fan blades on the old motor and about 24...
