Another version of the Hoover Sebo Copy

Im not following you. Just correcting your misguided thoughts and speculations. Does'nt do for other people reading your comments to be mislead and fed false info. Bet your not laughing at me half as much as everyone else is laughing at you.

Another version of the Hoover Sebo Copy

Alex Just grow up for god sake before you end up taking over the most disliked vacland member title. The activator and hoover agitator belong in the past. They belong on traditional carpets NOT modern ones. Have seen these brushrolls ruin modern fashion carpets -I know from personal...

    "Carpet Lifting" With Various Uprights

Benny Sorry I can appreciate your thoughts and I was feeling very amicable to let the situation drop but considering he tagged an insult after the apology Im not quite so sure he means his apology. SOmething I learned at a very young age not to do.

    "Carpet Lifting" With Various Uprights

Where did the attitude come from? Its clear as day that the tp2 isnt vibrating the carpet as much as the tp1 is. Hence why we explained that it was not that great when fitted in the tp2 as the motor runs too fast for the brushroll to achieve the brushrolls purpose. Its pointless me videoing...

    "Carpet Lifting" With Various Uprights

Good video, now you can see why the activator was not a patch on performance in the tp2 like was mentioned in the which? thread. Its a shame you dont have a well maintained Hitachi to try on the same piece of carpet.

New Member. Wannabe owner of Hoover 6525C & 1354A

Wellspotted, Me and the other half collect washers dryers dishwashers and the odd cooker lol. The hotpoint was taken out of daily service a while back and replaced with a modern Bosch which I dont feel guilty about battering to an extent. And its much more reliable than vintage when you need...

Hello Mark, Fabulous cleaners these im sure others can chip in with the history and dates I can never remember when they ran apart from the late 60s to mid 70's. The colourscheme is called 'Mandarin Blue' which is my favourite Hoover colourscheme I think next to the later Wedgewood Green...

    Argos 1976 Catalogue Scans

Ryan Funnily enough I have always seen the Starlight as hoovers Tol cleaner of the period and the ranger as a bit of a fill in to patch the range up although I have no idea why they just didnt get rid of it for something more modern. Perhaps it was better the devil you know. The Starlight...

Bag in the back The Kenwood Pilerider is somewhat of amystery machine as far as collectors go. Nobody has one to my knowledge or spare parts apart from a brand new outer bag which Myself and Paul own. Like many cleaners you either stockpile parts in hope that the cleaner comes along - 7...

    Which April 1993 & 1996 Scans

Michael, If Alex was mature he wouldnt of stated unfounded comparisons nor started his string of gabble. If ALex was mature he wouldnt need a friend to apologise for his outburst. ALEX? Where was I being rude in challenging what made you come up with your findings? Your wording such as 'a...

    Which April 1993 & 1996 Scans

Alex lets stop this chat right here before I make you look more of a muppet than you really are. £20 is not a big deal to me - its 3 hours work THESE DAYS but 15 years ago it was 5 hours work! 5 hours of work for me THESE DAYS PAY FOR ALL I MENTIONED ABOVE SO IT IS A BIG DEAL. 5 HOURS WORK...

Restored is one thing, Were the motors new? Carbon brushes new? With respect to Chris's vac his was 2nd hand and a good few years old. Used to clean up whatever wedont know about. Fans could of been unbalanced as you mentioned it was a SCREAMER. Did Chris put a brand new belt and...

    Which April 1993 & 1996 Scans

Im still reeling from someone who has probably never done a full days graft stating that 5 hours work is nothing. Just shocking! 5 hours work pays 1/3 of my monthly council tax bill. or a months water bill. or a weeks food shop. or 2 weeks car insurance, or a months gas bill in summer...

    Which April 1993 & 1996 Scans

I own every one because I like the for what they are! I dont worship the ground they stand on. They are not the bee alland end all like somethink they are. I said why I felt the Hitachi was better in my first post. Lastly your opinions are opinions but in your were stating it as a FACT. Big...

    Which April 1993 & 1996 Scans

The brushes are far from sparse, the brushroll has beater bars too. Just like hoover. Was the Hitachi you used brand new? The one I have is virtually brand new and it far from screams. My mothers didnt 'scream' until plaster dust got the better of it. Nobody mentioned carrying handles. I didnt...

    Which April 1993 & 1996 Scans

Wages Go and do 5 hours graft when the sun is shining and you want to be down the pub with your mates who are having a good time without you perhaps then you will realise its value. Quite frankly your attitude stinks and all because you cant handle a balanced criticism ofyour favourite cleaner.
