Will the Electromotor 6500-298 fit in the Electrolux 1521 (Diamond Jubilee)? I need to replace the motor but wasn't sure which would be the best match.

Sears hasn't owned the Kenmore brand since 2018. Transformco owns it. They license the Kenmore name.

It looks like they have returned the hose swivel at the machine end as well. I'm just glad they are still being built even if they're not the best canister around. An average bagged canister is still better than the best bagless upright, or worse, stick vac.

A fool and his money... A HEPA filter on a bagless machine is as effective as a Big Mac paired with a Diet Coke. People who fall for marketing tactics like this are pitiful.

I'm familiar with the Kenmore label of these body styles but I've never seen one with a HEPA filter. Where is the filter located on it? I didn't see those start showing up until the more rounded body style took over.

Give them time... They want everything operated by a battery that's going to crap out in a year or so. My sister's robot vacuum will just die in the middle of "cleaning". They'll probably argue that central vacs consume too much power for their fragile energy grid.
