    My New Aerus Vacuums

I hope your correct, but she works for the company, many people on here just seem to be collectors, enthusiasts or past vac shop owners. I hope they come out with an upright with on board tools or direct connect hose, LED headlight, suction control maybe even swivel.

    My New Aerus Vacuums

So I went on Aerus website earlier today...and there is a chat feature. I asked the customer service person if there were plans for a new upright, here is what she said: At this time we are not planning on introducing a new upright vacuum cleaner. I am not aware of any plans to introduce one...

Please help me choose a vacuum!

Dan is right with the Sebo X4... I had one for a few days but returned it due to the auto height adjustment, I never felt it was deep cleaning. It felt like the head would not raise low enough on some of my carpets. The Sebo Felix I liked better, but then you loose out on the hose feature. You...

    My New Aerus Vacuums

I am definitely looking forward to seeing what the new upright is about... I tried doing internet searches, sometimes your find articles or news releases, but nothing. I will definitely be trading my current Guardian Upright for one, just hope it has better features similar to the platinum, if...

Please help me choose a vacuum!

The riccar is a very good vacuum... it seems like they are providing good customer service... if you ever needed service or parts, its nearby your home. I think a Riccar would last a lot longer than a Made in China Hoover

Please help me choose a vacuum!

Wow overkill in options...must be up to your eyeballs in vacuum brands/styles. The problem is that there are too many options. Just go to your nearest vacuum store and speak to them, try out a few machines and buy one. KISS Keep It Simple & short

    My New Aerus Vacuums

Dan I know, but the average consumer out there pays full price... some people are not out to be negotiators or have no business tact. A few years ago, when I bought my Audi, I haggled the shit out the salesperson....$6,000 less than list and this was on Dec 30, so I am sure they wanted the...

    My New Aerus Vacuums

Nothing is perfect, most of the time its user error... have your machine checked if you really cannot figure it out. I will agree with some of the above comments about Aerus regarding operations and pricing. If you knew the mark up on these machines, I bet ones eyes would glow.

    Aerus Lux Gaurdian Platinum

No your ok, I don't know it all...so I learn as I go.

    Aerus Lux Gaurdian Platinum

The machine wasn't rushed though, Aerus and Lux worked o I stand corrected then, what I should have said is that maybe they should have did a quality control testing and looked this issue over before boxing them off. Why the power nozzle would still go when the entire motor is off is beyond me.

    My New Aerus Vacuums

Are there any photos of what it might look like since its coming out in April- not that far way. Will it be made in US, or outsourced?

    Aerus Lux Gaurdian Platinum

I have tried one and I like it, although not convinced to sell my Guardian Upright and jump for something else just yet.... waiting to move this spring and see what my new place's floors are like. In terms of the on/off brush roll switch, I don't recall, but I think it does that with the motor...

    My New Aerus Vacuums

If there isn't an Aerus near your home, would it be lucrative to open your own franchise? I do not know how that works

Help! Shopping for New Vacuum and Overwhelmed

Size of the home does play a part in which kind of vacuum to get... For a very large home, even if someone did buy a Miele with a short power cord, you can always attach a 50 or 75 foot cord and plug it in once perhaps. I do not think it matters so much to have a long cord. Mostly uprights seem...

Advice, looking for the BEST canister (Unhappy w/Miele)

George CT I think that's a lot of money for gaining maybe one or two more minor features over the Sebo. Re-read my statement... (over the Sebo) An electrified mini turbo, LED headlights and rubber hose if you really want to count that.

Advice, looking for the BEST canister (Unhappy w/Miele)

If your going to sell the Sebo D4 for the Lux you should do it sooner rather than later before its gets those signs of useage or scratches. I think the Sebo is a great vacuum, but if you were to get the Lux figuring you might score $500-600 selling the Sebo, you would still probably have to...

    ORECK

tolivac I like Sebo too, very solid machine. The only think about Sebo I do not like is you cannot turn off the brush on the X series....my only gripe. I think they should change that! I agree with you about the separate vacuum for tools, I find it inconvenient and the Oreck is good for large...
