Swoosh It’s most likely the hose not making good conection with the wand, have you replaced the hose recently or at all since you originally bought it? Not sure where you live in ct but I know the good and bad shops that can help you out.

Thanks that’s what I figured, always wondered why they packed them with a metal hose hanger too.

Awhile ago I got a NOS lux central vac kit and it came with the metal hose hanger and the plastic piece that looks like it hold the accessories. My question is how exactly is it setup? I’ve tried a couple ways but ended up just giving up.

How is it cleaning the riser part for f the stairs with a swivel neck? I feel like it flopping around would be annoying and would take two hand versus just one with a older style

Big green Love my big green as well, it's the best I've used and I had a rug doctor. Sometimes I will use my lux floor pro to scrub a pre treat solution bought from janilink.com then go over it with clean water and a small amount of vinegar in the big green.
