I think taht there is a microphone that listens for how much dirt you suck up. If there is enough in the airflow the light will come on. Try throwing some sand or glitter on the rug then vacuuming. It might come on then. also check to see if the sensor is on hi or normal. This makes a big...

I have used a 63 adn There isnt alot of leaking dust if u say a kenmore canister hepa bag with it all sealed up it works very well.

Try Turtle Wax ice. It works great. If you can let it sit over night. It works great on all plasitcs. The best is the paste wax cause you can easily apply it with the applicator.
