    New Vacuums! Great Deals!

Hey everyone, I'm just making this thread to show my newest vacuums that I've purchased. I got a Miele Gemini with SEB 234/236, a Miele U1 Twist upright, a Hoover Concept One (late model), a Hoover Dial A Matic Power drive, and lastly a Hoover Convertible. I've worked on them all mechanically...

    Just a Broom Vac question

Favorite Vac I do really love these, as they have inspired my current vac collection. They are super cute and easy to work on, and don't take up much space. I'd say this was dirt devil's answer to more of a stick vac's needs. In the television commercials for it, it was shown demonstrating...

Getting rid of my later vacs

I'm maybe interested in the the green hand vac and the DD stick. Could you post pictures of them? How much?

I know somebody was looking for this

Ha! I guess the world wanted me to have this vacuum. I won the re-auction of it, and I'm happy! I have to get some vacs shipped to their new owners, so I have money to pay for it! It's not like I have a real job or something...   Thanks, Garrett

    Eureka "Lite"

It's gone now, but I happily await the next cool vacuum at this goodwill. They always have a dirt devil hand vac of some variation for sale. Every other visit has some very cool vacuums that I unfortunately don't have space for. I guess pictures will be the best in my case.

    Royal Dirt Devils Soon!

I might have to try that! I always use a manual screwdriver on metal and plastic because both can be stripped, and have been. I'm just going to keep it in it's box and let it happily rest. If I turn it on, I fear the jolt of the motor powering on will shatter the inner housing. I have no need to...

I know somebody was looking for this

It's back! Well... its time for my chance again. I've got a higher price to pay now, and am ready to counter any bids when the auction ends. I'd assume the other highest bidder just didn't pay for it and now it's for sale again. Me and my friend are pretty excited!   Regards, Garrett...

    Royal Dirt Devils Soon!

Dawg Devil The Dawg Devil is here, it's EXTREMELY fragile! Already broke a screw mount. That's what you get with early plastic I guess. I'll attach photos later, but at the moment I'm very satisfied with my purchase, especially only $30 for that thing!   Thanks, Garrett

    Hoover Slider

I'm not sure when this was made, but I assume it was the early 2000's. I'm looking to buy a Hoover Slider stick vac. These have a very high sentimental value to me, because I used to have one when I was really little, and I think it was my first vacuum. If anyone knows where to buy one, or is...

    50s Royal

Rare Is it rare? That's kinda expensive but it's my local goodwill

    Royal Dirt Devils Soon!

The Dawg Devil was only made (I think) because Royal wanted to support their local team with their new plastic hand vacuum. I'm not very familiar with the dawg devil so I'll give more info once its here. It just shipped! My knowledge so far is that its from 1987.

    (Walmart) GE canister on eBay

The first one is also a Bissell canister design. I'm not completely sure that Bissell was the original maker though. I'll attach a photo.

    Royal Dirt Devils Soon!

Pictures Here are some pictures of my Dirt Devils. the auction I was trying to win was for a "Dawg Devil" Hand Vac. It's a great piece of history regarding the Dirt Devil Company. It'll arrive in a couple of weeks. If anyone has more info other than that Royal is based in Ohio, please share.

    Royal Dirt Devils Soon!

Whole line Yes, that's what I'm going at. The original red Dirt Devils are more common than other colors so the odd colors are what I'm trying to collect. It'll take years and years to ever have every variation of the hand vac, but I think the broom vacs would be easier. I keep finding out...

    Royal Dirt Devils Soon!

Hey everyone, I'm pretty excited about some new vacuums, and had to share. I just bought a Dirt Devil Broom Vac model 702 with the updated belt door. It came from a smokers home, but I'm nearly done reviving it. The foot pedal switch was non functional, so I just ordered another. I also got a...

    Royal 7300

These are average vacuums in my opinion. If they are rare, I'd get one. Might be able to do a video on a NIB one some time next year.   Regards, Garrett

    Handvac time

I've been looking for an 80's dirt devil. I've only known them to go back to 1985 and further than that is unknown. There's been talk that the earliest dirt devil was a metal upright, but the first dirt devil ever made was a Hand Vac. The Dirt Devil metal uprights were made around 2002. I love...
