    I decided to remove the "noise capacitor" per recommendations from some fine folks here. Here is the motor, cleaned, upper busching oiled and ready to go. I hooked it up to a model L plug to test it out.

    Made some progress the last few nights... Motor is done and ready to go. Next will be the cosmetic resto on the body. New sealed bearing installed here...

    Excellent job on the resto!!! The one I have identical to this is great except for the bottom decal.

    A U4331 Here is a nice U4331. Again, I have completely dissasembled and cleaned/serviced. Only issue I can see is the zipper on the bottom the bag needs to be fixed, and of course some scuffs and marks. Make an offer as well.

    now this is a new one... I am very curious as to what this capacitor like item is at the front of the motor. Can anyone shed some light onto this, and more so, does anyone know where a new one might be obtained????

    I do not know Lee Bertram... But I do know that this machine was serviced at the old Electoluz shop "long closed" in my home town here
