    Aerus Bissell?

From what I understand it is a look a like only. The current Aerus Upright has a stronger motor than previous iterations. ProTeam seems to have a good reputation, so I wouldn’t think it’s as strong but I’m sure if it’s taken care of, it will do good. I’d recommend using the cloth bags instead of...

Miele vs Dyson - Which vacuum is best?

Bags used to be hard to find before the internet when local stores were the only options. And most if not all bagged vacuums come with a bag inside which has what style/type it is written on it. You’re missing out if you haven’t experienced an old school Electrolux (now Aerus). But the...

    my review of the Hyla

This uses water only, no other filters, like the Quantum?

    My thoughts on Hoover.

I can agree when it comes to the commercial line up, but the residential line up leaves a lot to be desired. It tries or does copy other brands. Right now that’s Shark. Previously Oreck.

    Aerus Bissell?

This looks like the ProTeam upright colored green and with the Aerus Upright filter added to the exhaust. Bissell Commercial has several recolored brands in its line up. SoniClean, Oreck, and Eureka Mighty Mite come to mind.

Miele vs Dyson - Which vacuum is best?

Between the two, Miele. It’s stronger, quieter, more nimble, and easier to maintain. I noticed all of your vacuums listed in your profile are all bagless machines. I can understand an affinity or nostalgia for what was used as a child. But have you ever used or owned a vacuum that uses...

    Aerus/Electrolux uprights

@s2_82 It’s the coolest looking vacuum! I really like it. You’ll be happy if you get one. It’s got the power you’ll need to keep your home clean, especially if you have a lot of carpet or rugs.

    Aerus/Electrolux uprights

The current Lux Guardian Upright has a stronger motor than the previous generations’ uprights. It comes with an electric hose and a side kick, as well as 2 wands, crevice tool, combo dusting/upholstery tool. I know it cleans better than the older Epic canisters. I’ve not yet got to use a...

    Water Filtration Vacuum Questions

There’s a video of a “Zass” that looks identical to this. In that video the water filtration didn’t seem to work as good in that vacuum. There was debris on the filter and dust on the plastic that isn’t submerged. I think the higher end water bags do better because of their separator...

    ordered a quantum

@n0oxy I’ve seen some reviewers say the Quantum Vac separator doesn’t work as good and gets dirty faster. I’ve also seen that the power nozzle isn’t that great with high pile carpeting. What are your thoughts?

    Questions about Tacony products

@honestjoe68 I don’t know if they’ve changed them since or what. My model was the Pizzazz but when the Prima first came out it had the same bag. I don’t think they had a plastic collar on them. So maybe they have since changed the bags. This would definitely be for the best. Maybe...

    Questions about Tacony products

I used to have a Riccar Pizzazz with the smaller power nozzle. It performed very nicely but I noticed dust in the bag compartment and a dirty pre-motor filter every time I changed the bag. It had a bag cartridge frame that came completely out and would only fit in one way. So I took a closer...

    Miele C3 Cat&Dog v Lux Guardian Platinum

The upright version does come with a tool set that includes an electric hose and side kick. The upright is just Lux Guardian. The canister is the Lux Guardian Platinum.

    ordered a quantum

Are you getting the Hyla GST? I’m looking forward to your Quantumvac review. I really enjoyed your Pro Aqua Vivenso review and it made me want one. I just don’t have the $$$ for it.

    New vacuum needed

@honestjoe68 That is the most beautiful Felix I’ve seen (with the USA flag filter). Does it really exhaust out all the way around the vacuum’s outer cloth filter surface? Do you ever find it to be hot when using? I really thought long and hard about buying a Felix but this was a concern I had...

    New vacuum needed

Like crazykirbydude said I asked an Aerus dealer and the Lux Guardian Upright is made by the Aerus Plant in Bristol Va. The brand Paul mentioned may be good, but I think those are clones made overseas and their warranty isn’t as long as Aerus.

    New vacuum needed

Aerus Lux Guardian Upright would be a good choice. It’s around 17lbs and comes with a 10 year warranty. It has big wheels on the back so you can push or pull it around in the locked upright position, eliminating the need to carry it. It’s a powerful upright and automatically adjusts to the...
