You can use synthetic bags for the 300 and 350. It's the same type of bag that's used on their X, G, and 370 models. But yes unfortunately for the Versamatic you can only use paper, at least the last time I checked I couldn't find any generic synthetic bags for them. Maybe someday they might especially if they release the residential version here under the SEBO name (which I'm still hoping they would because it's my most favorite model ever). But if they don't, that's a model I'd pass on and get a 300 or 350 instead since it's easier cleaning out the bag housing especially if I was using paper bags.
