Take your fan off and spray some parts cleaner in the shaft of your fan.Make sure it is clean. If you can see, look if there are  some threads in the fan shaft. Make sure you spin the fan on the right way when you turn the fan on. Push and turn the fan to make sure the threads are making contact...
