I picked this matching washer and dryer set up at a garage sale for $300. Best I can figure on the serial number for the dryer it was made in April 2004 going off of the chart I found online. Both run like a champ and have done well for their age. I retired my Maytag DG308 and Estate ETW4400WQ0...
My GE dishwasher bit the dust. I went to start it and there was no signs of life from the controls. It had been getting finicky lately and I knew it was on the horizon. I installed the Kitchenaid KUDI220T4 I got from my old boss a couple years ago. It is in good shape and it was just pulled out...
I have had the motor cover off of mine. Its a bit tricky to get the "pedal" off, but I did so, and there's a few screws underneath and the motor cover should come off. Sorry for the delay and if needed, I can open my machine up and provide some pictures.
I'd say go for it. They aren't bad at all. My neighbor has one as its a lot lighter than the Kenmore Progressive Direct Drive she had. Her daughter bought her one of those and I agreed to do a monthly service on it for her. It works well for her needs and she can use it a lot easier than her...
So I have one of these machines! Mine doesn't have the original wands or floor nozzle though. Mine does have a slightly different label, but is the same model. I can get some better pictures later, but its nice to see another one of these machines.
I'm excited to see these! I wouldn't mind having one myself, but not a priority as I have a few Riccar machines. I have a Vibrance Classic I purchased new in 2013, a HP-3000, and a 8950.
What is the brushroll width? I have a Bravo II baseplate and brushroll but I need to measure the size. If they'll work for you you can have them for the cost of shipping.
I have a newer iteration of the Riccar. I have a 2013 Vibrance Classic and it is a rock solid machine. I bought it new with the deluxe attachment kit for roughly $300 and it has been a great machine. My wife loves using vs her Hoover Windtunnel XL she bought in December of 2021.
I found this at the Habitat Restore in Amarillo a little while back. This machine purrs like a kitten. It's interesting to find one of these 120v/60Hz 240v/50Hz machines in the wild to me. It's joined my fleet of Hoover Vacuums and it's kinda cool to me.
Would anyone have a couple of these laying around? I bought this machine a couple years back and I'm finally getting around to it on my back log of machines.
