I remember YEARS ago consumer reports I think vacuumed up , what was it, talc powder or some super fine powder with a rainbow and it blew right through the other side. That's the thing that bugs me. I wouldn't want to use ANY vacuum to vacuum that stuff up. Look at what those carpet powders do...

It's because there's NO room for ERROR with rainbows. Unfortunately, most people I think end up ERRORING. Those vacuums get sent to vac shops, vac shop owners sees a fitlhy rainbow (time and time again) - vac shop owner assumes" these things are trash and don't work" without thinking that...

On my cirrus vacuum. That lower hose that's fixed to the vacuum. I saw a small hole on the outside of that at the back of the hose. I I see the actual bottom hose is an ultra cheap replacement. But I can't find any instructions online how to change it? Is it just take the lower plate off/ pop...

Personally, I prefer having a HEPA bagged vacuum AND a Rainbow...which is what I have now... I use the HEPA bagged more but I still use my rainbow.. Also - I agree, I watch Kirby enthusiast on youtube (I think he's from Australia) He goes over all about how to use them... It really doesn't look...

Hey Kirbylux thanks for letting me know. I was so puzzled..and I hadn't vacuumed anything crazy... just my normal neat freak vacuuming...and just 2 days ago when I was done vacuuming, the suction was strong... only today for it to be totally gone today.... Oh well... I guess these generic bags'...

update I had to come back to find this thread instead of starting a new one.. I experienced something today that I've never experienced before with a bagged vacuum... Ok, so if you read above, you'll see I got these new HEPA bags a while back...Today I started my vacuum and I was vacuuming...

They smell great. I stopped buying them.. You really can do better with just orange or eucalyptus or lemon essential oils.. just a few drops (lasts forever) I have a bottle of Lemon and Eucalyptus that's been in my fridge for probably 3 years at this point and I feel like I've hardly put a dent...
