    That Aerus Name...

Brian, could not have described it any better! Looks like Aerus is trying to reinvent itself by entering the hotel and hospitality market. See link. http://https//www.beyondbyaerus.com/

    That Aerus Name...

They can't, I am surprised they can still use the Electrolux name along with Aerus. What they need to do is to promote Aerus and establish a better dealer/rep network. Its a niche brand, and for it to grow they need to break the old school direct sales model or figure out different and more...

    That Aerus Name...

I haven't really been on here in a while, but Electrolux is a conglomerate of a bunch of other companies stemming from Europe. You can google this information. To answer your question, Aerus has fairly good products and very reliable contrary to the Eurekaluxes you'll see in the department...

Tested a Miele Swing full size upright

Sebo is one of the least repair prone brands! If you do not like the tools the next best thing is the Aerus and Simplicity vacuums. Other than a Kirby, you might as well just use a good old fashioned broom and shovel if nothing appeases you.

I need to take a second to brag on Aerus Electrolux customer service.

A shotty dealer network is one of the downsides to Aerus when you need repairs. Authorized repair centers are far and few. Luckily there are some great reps that still provide excellent customer service.

I need to take a second to brag on Aerus Electrolux customer service.

Not every franchise is alike or provides good customer service. In fact, door-to-door sales has been listed by Forbes as one of the 10 Top Dead or Dying Career Paths, with an 18 percent decline in positions expected by 2018. Good machines... just very poorly marketed. In the DC area we have only...

    90th Anniversary Edition Aerus Electrolux

I am actually interested in an air purifier for my allergies... what pricing do you have? can you message me.

    90th Anniversary Edition Aerus Electrolux

Dan I am sure the company LLC does well, but many franchises have gone out nationally. I am not sure of the future or the LLCs growth strategies, I hope for the best, but Aerus is a less common name for now.

    90th Anniversary Edition Aerus Electrolux

Aerus is just poor business sense to begin with. The vacuums are decent, but there is a lack of product knowledge, support, availability of parts and accessories and physical store locations are sparse. Some stores do okay but most have been knocked over by the internet and by competition from...

    90th Anniversary Edition Aerus Electrolux

Steven I am originally from Long Island, now Maryland... but I have bought vacuums from the Commack Aerus in the past. The Aerus brand is a dying breed on LI my friend, and I think the Commack location is probably the only decently operated branch still in existence, several have closed in the...

I think the air driven turbo for this model would be adequate. I can't see the justification in price for the electric turbo plus adapter.

I think the adapter is a bit silly, the Aerus Lux and Kenmore canisters have this down without the need of an adapter. Direct connect

Dysonman1 You still need a better website than what is currently up... the marketing, wow factor is still lacking.

BTW, you can just ask the dealer about the mini power turbo, and if they can throw it in with the whole package or get you one.

Steven The Riccar/Simplicity canisters are really good deep cleaners, probably the deepest clean you will find in a canister, even compared to the Aerus Platinum. It also has height adjustment. You probably want to call them directly to find out, that's what I do. Not sure of them updating the...
