If the brush roll is with the green brushes then it won’t clean as good as the one with the blue brushes one. The green one is a lot softer then the blue one it’s meant for if you are using it on hard floor or your machine is hard to push on the carpet.

How about the sebo x5. It's a great vacuum and you can buy a soft roller brush for the hard floor and it has a 15 inch cleaning with. I have a couple of sebo and love all but the fielx is my favorite.
