    Why Tacony SUCKS nowadays.

Sebo headlights Nice. I had not looked at their models in a while so I was surprised by the headlight. However, I like canisters with power nozzles and their canisters still don't have them. Maybe someday they will.

    Why Tacony SUCKS nowadays.

The only thing I've got against Sebo machines is the fact that NONE of them are equipped with a headlight. It may seem silly to some, but I like having that feature cuz I often shove vacuums under beds and couches and they really do help you see some small thing that you may have forgotten that...

    Why Tacony SUCKS nowadays.

Add on to previous comment: To be fair, a vacuum that only costs $200 dollars and lasts for 10 years is a good deal. If you want longer lasting machines, you got to pay for it.

    Why Tacony SUCKS nowadays.

What happened to Tacony is what has happened to most of the vacuum world. Most mainstream companies have had no choice but to move production to cheaper locales. The problem is that American consumers no longer expect more because they have commoditized vacuums. Where once they were considered...

Any new info about the Air-Way Ultra Kleen?

@ilovehoovers It is made in China, I believe. However, it does advertise a European-made motor.

Any new info about the Air-Way Ultra Kleen?

@dysonman1 Sadly I cannot find it at any vacuum shop near me. I'd like to see the emissions test before I make a decision.

Any new info about the Air-Way Ultra Kleen?

I know there was a thread a while ago, but I wonder if there is any new information. I'm having trouble finding the vacuum. Is it widely available? If not, what is the hold-up? I am interested in the machine, but I am curious if anyone has tested it thoroughly? Such as cleaning performance and...

    The new Air-Way Ultra Kleen

I actually do love it This is the kind of canister I want. Has anyone measured the emissions yet? Dysonman1, I'd be interested to buy this from you, but I think you are quite far from NC. I am afraid of damage during the shipping process, but I guess I'd have to do that anyway. Can we...

Numatic is entering the USA properly!

Six hundred dollars!?! Oh my gosh. There is no way they will survive that. Without even a power nozzle?? No way. Shop-Vac, Ridgid, and Craftsman vacuums sell machines for well under $100...

Numatic is entering the USA properly!

They appear to be nice machines. I can see them making an appealing choice for those with mostly (or all) hardwood floors. The "faces" are a whimsical touch. An interesting note about QVC and the competitor HSN is that they have been known to sell "exclusive" versions of many products. One...

What's the American equivalent to Henry, popularity wise?

@vacuumdevil I did state "perhaps" cuz I wasn't sure. But just a quick search produced this as the first result: (click "read more" near the top) https://www.euromonitor.com/vacuum-cleaners-in-canada/report# For Shark, I was reading about top-selling vacuums in the US market and came across...

I don't see this ending well

I see a beautiful pig in huskyvacs' photo... :)

What's the American equivalent to Henry, popularity wise?

I don't think there is an EXACT equivalent to the Henry here. There are several reasons which I'll list below: 1) Americans (and perhaps Canadians too) have a strong preference for upright-style machines. 2) Despite the recent shifts, wall-to-wall carpeting remains popular in US houses. 3)...

    The new Air-Way Ultra Kleen

Is there a parking slot for the power nozzle anywhere on the machine? I think that makes it easier when you have to stop and for storage.

    The new Air-Way Ultra Kleen

Some questions about the Ultra-Kleen I have not found this for sale online anywhere as of yet. I do think it is an attractive machine. I like the black faceted paint scheme. This is now under consideration, and I would likely buy one if I can find a good deal. I would appreciate it if someone...
