    Finally got an Electrikbroom

If you are ever able to disassemble the vacuum and remove the bag, please post an update. I'm pretty sure now that I want to get one of these Reginas sometime in the future, and it would be really helpful to know how to remove and clean the bag. And yeah, hopefully someone with a little more...

    Finally got an Electrikbroom

That's awesome! Great news that it's working. I looks to be in pretty good condition in your pictures. I hope you will have luck with your Panasonic vacuum too!

    Finally got an Electrikbroom

I knew it looked familiar! ...I was looking at your pictures again, and somewhere deep in my mind that vacuum seemed strangely familiar. And the name "Regina" clicked. I just looked in an old photo album and I found a picture that my mom apparently took of ME when I was a little kid, and we had...

    Finally got an Electrikbroom

That's pretty cool! I really like the color too. I also like that toggle switch - which actually simplifies things because if it turns out that the switch is bad, it should be pretty easy to replace. It looks like it's just a simple SPDT toggle switch, which even hardware stores like Home Depot...

    Electrolux collection

Thanks for the replies, everyone! I'm definitely having fun collecting and playing around with these very cool vintage machines. I will also be getting a hose that I THINK is a period correct hose that went with the XXX, and I'll be looking for the right wand so that it will look more "authentic."

    Electrolux collection

Hi all, I first became interested in vintage vacuums and joined this forum a little over a year ago. Well, since then I have apparently become a major Electrolux fan! Ha! Since I got my first Electrolux vacuum, I've been slowly finding more accessories. If anyone had told me I was going to...

    Pictures!

Very nice! I get so jealous whenever I hear about people finding things on the street. I NEVER find anything vintage on the street or trash! I used to get lucky finding interesting things in thrift shops, but lately that has dried up and now it's mostly just modern junk from the 90's and 2000's...

    Found This Old Hoover Yesterday

Very cool! It seems to be in good condition but it will really look nice when you get the right color bag for it.

    Electrolux polisher

Hi all, Recently I bought a vintage Electrolux polisher/shampooer. I have no intention of actually using it, but I just wanted it for my collection. Especially since I saw it on an old advertisement card with the Model G vacuum and PN-1 power nozzle. Ha, now I have all 3 of them! I took it...

    OMG What did I do?

I want one! Every time I've tried to look on eBay, Craigslist, OfferUp, etc I haven't had any luck finding one or they are selling for ridiculous prices!

    Electrolux vaporizer

Well I guess now I also need to get a chrome one to go with my XXX models! :D

    Electrolux vaporizer

I just bought this and it arrived today. I really like the metallic blue color! It looks brand new and never used. Does anyone know what time period it would be from? - Chris

    Picked up a Fantom Thunder!

Although it's not my thing - lol WAY too modern 😆 - I can definitely sympathize with how awesome it is when you finally find something you've been looking for, at a great price. Congratulations!
