Quick question.

So I have not used vacuumland in some time and I gotta say I am a bit conflicted about the new design. Maybe I'm just old but I liked the old much simpler looking website. Any ways that's a bit off topic. I had a secondary account before I was forced to make this one as there was no good way (or at least that I knew of) to retrieve my old account. Anyway as far as I know I used the same email not exactly sure how. But is there any way to retrieve the older account? Or find out if it is linked to a different email? Much appreciated.

There may be a way, but it would help to know the name used for the original account. My crystal ball is dusty and didn't see it.

It likely is 'retriveable'. An account name definately would be needed, and maybe an email address and a few other details. I wish you luck.

Well darn it I just hate when that happens, but on a serious note the name is vacuumssuck213. If it is an impossibility to recover it's not the biggest deal in the world and in no means should you worry too heavy about it. I've already followed it to get most of what I want or need. But thanks in advance for looking into it for me.

I have found your old account. Your email is causing an issue but I reset the settings. You should be able to use your old login and then immediately update your email.

Alan, the link works as intended the only problem I have with this is I do not know my login for the old account and Everytime I try and rest the password it directs me to this account.
