I have a vintage 1968-ish Penncrest 1370 which was built by Hoover and is quite like the Hoover 593. I need a new power cord.
The ideal cord would be 20' and grey and would have the molded rubber strain relief and spade lug on the black wire for the switch - see photo.
I've looked at some of the online suppliers but not seeing what I want. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

There is an ebay seller with NIB white ones, but not gray.

Check with Jimmy, who's in the process of closing his Tennessee store of a lot of vintage floor/surface care cleaners and parts: 423-268-4841

Are you referring to this one, https://www.ebay.com/itm/163848776991; If not, please provide a link.
White is not a deal breaker. Strain relief looks close enough. No spade lug but I can put one on. Biggest worry is whether the extra 10' will fit on the cord hooks. Price with shipping about $34. Conclusion: Good enough if I can't find something better.
