Eureka F & G "Apples" Set

Also known as the "Imperials" with the "Mod" bags in some ads as a promotional set in the early 1970s.

I give you red (2020-RR), golden (2010-RY), and green (2044-RG) deliciousness in online photos. I know that Eureka used a "Rallye Gold" enamel around that time, so it may be that these were Rallye Red, Rallye Yellow, and Rallye Green—going by their Types.

Incidentally, the 2010 and 2020 were also part of the Porcelain Blue & Lagoon Blue set (Type A & possibly others). The 2044-RG was only made in the colors shown and reidentified as the 2048-A when the Edge Kleeners were added to the base plate.

Anyway, the 2044-RG is currently listed on eBay by someone unknown by me for anyone who's interested in collecting the set.

Nice collection! The moss green lineup from the 70's was cool. I think four different uprights, one self propelled with the power touch switch and a powerteam canister.

Unfortunately, these belong to three other individuals.

Here is a link to another thread on the topic of the similar Gold Mist and Moss Green colors—including photos. I just posted the Moss Green upright set on it since you mentioned it. While there were quite a few Gold Mist canisters, from what I know the only Eureka canister in Moss Green was the model 1830. I have not seen Self-Propelled (5000 Series which started in 1979) or Power Team in Moss Green, but there was an Empress II Power Team in Gold Mist. I plan to post a new thread on the 1830 and the 1035 sometime soon, so keep a lookout.
