Just trying to keep this thing going without a Vacuum of Theseus situation. Haven't had much luck finding just the rotor, so I might have to figure out how to do rewinding.

Almost cheaper to just buy a complete motor. There are some videos showing how armatures are wound and you need some specialized skills and equipment to do it right and then it has to be lacquered properly. Most are done on automated machinery now.

I did end up finding some for sale - needed to be searching for armature rather that rotor. It's part #215330. Found one for $125.

Price aside, I'd definitely love to rewind it myself. I found some 28 contact commutators that should work (I'd have to take a millimeter off the face of the brush housings), except they have a bore diameter of 12 mm, while my rotor has a 10 mm shaft. Couldn't find any ready made sleeves that size, but I could probably make one on my wood lathe lol.
