Sounds like you need the complete Royal Service Manual.A vac dealer esp Royal may have one or could get it for you.Or you could try ESCO,HESCO.I have such a book that came from a former Royal dealer.And the book is loose leafed-so you can add new pages.

ESCO is a major parts supplier for vacuum cleaners-same with HESCO.You could try "Googling" them.Any good vac dealers in your area?You could try them.Often they have a Royal service book along with others,like Kirby,and so on.
