The Electrolux standing steady is not outfitted with a cord winder, that's what's called a 'halo,' a device used to wind the cord by hand. The other one is tipping to one side, and certainly not able to hold anything.
Both of these are later versions of the LX, about 1953 after Electrolux did away with the red lettering on a yellow background, and added the dial to control the ejection process.
Still as vacuum cleaner art, I really like the tables.
