Who made these motors?

I know a lot of collectors say they were made by Maytag themselves. They have no branding or anything that could indicate a branding on here and these were used in most Hoover Windtunnels from 1998 or ‘97-2007. Is it some sort of generic Chinese motor or is this a branded motor?

Might be able to tell from any lettering in the model number or the numbering system. The people that rebuild a lot of motors will know just by the components used and the shape to the parts.

They look exactly the same from the outside as the later ones for me.
