Just wondering which you like better, Bissell Big Green or Kenmore Power Spray. I think they're pretty close. Although I do find the Kenmore more versatile because of the dry power nozzle option, plus they all have the outlet that can be used with the Spraymate, whereas only certain Big Greens came with the Powerbrush option, and no plug on the ones that didn't. And Bissell never had a dry pickup power nozzle to my knowledge.
I'd guess they both have about the same cleaning ability as they're both pretty much a wet pickup vac with a pump and spray head. The Bissell may have had a bit bigger selection of attachments though.
