Was this vacuum i bought a bad idea?

So I bought a 2017 Windsor versamatic plus Karcher group about 1 month ago for $170 at a flea market and didn´t know if it was worth the $170. The machine is new and used, has some scratch marks on the head. The hose works, the brushroll works. So.........

Absolutely not! You my friend have gotten a steal of a lifetime. These retail brand new for around $1000.
