I have another inquiry in addition to the metal bodied Electrolux with hose, a floating hoover constellation preferably with the original hose and suction vent and a singer/Kenmore twin fan upright bottom plate for tool free belt change models that I inquired about, Do you have a headlight add on for a hoover model 700? If so how much?

Thank you once again.

Hi Jimmy,

Please keep me in mind if you run across a "Basement & Attic Key" for the Model LX. I recently purchased one for $10 off Craigslist!

Also, wish I would have had you change out the elbow on my Turbo Rug Washer. I thought I could get one at a local store here, but it turns out that he doesn't have the ivory one that I'm looking for to keep it original.

I know you're busy so don't expect immediate results--just keep me in mind and set the items aside if/when you find them.

Hope all is well.

Jimmy,

you're the only person in the country I know to call upon for such a replacement! I'm hoping you will still have what I need this late into your clean-out!

I need the head/nozzle of a 1979 Kirby Tradition if you still have one, I'm hoping it isn't too much of a bother to ship!

I can wait as long as you need me to allow, I know you are very busy at this time!

Thanks,

-Alex.

FINAL DAYS--visiting scrap yard daily!!

If you have mentioned something I have I have tried to move to main store and will ship or contact you later.
If any can visit there is much left but less every day.I will try for final pictures. These have become objects to remove from building even if they are still good or collectible. If it is plastic such as the Hoover Elites with nice cloth bags it goes across parking lot to dumpster! If metal a short trip to scrap yard.Then-drive on scales-go across lot-back up at usual site-unload-drive back across scales-get weight and type of metal and receive US currency from ATM in office-REPEAT.Both myself and scrap yard NO LONGER CARE if the metal is a stainless Elux CB tank,Hoover 450-700-825-etc,Premier UR,Royal UR,Doyle-Invincible-Spencer-Finnell or other commercial machine or??!!
To reveiw-I NO LONGER GIVE A XXXX!They are going, going,GOING!They can be in your collection if anyone can make the easy drive or your next Pepsi can.
There is a MOUNTAIN of Kirby boxes back to the red through 50s,60s & 70s.When I run out of space upstairs(SOON)they will fit in dumpster(emptied daily).
As the auctioneer says as he picks up the hammer-Anyone else?-Final warning-going,GONE,BAM!!

Jimmy, if you have Kenmore canister anything, and I mean anything, give the Desert Tortoise a call at 760.608.9281 or 760.939.1915 (work phone). Please don't dumpster anything for a Kenmore canister vacuum without calling me first. Thanks.

Makes me cry - look at all the Electrolux G's and so many others, wish I could afford to get there but not meant to be.

final pictures

The end is near now that we can see portions of the floor!I may be able to save 3-5%but rest is dumpster or metal recycling. If you or any in your area can make a trip these items can be in your collection.Otherwise in your next Honda.
Note-Most pre Generation Kirby boxes are likely to have most or all of the original items(except vac).
No time to ship items not already discussed.Any are welcome to make personal visit as has been the case all along.
