If anyone has the REAL, full 10-section version of the 1972 Kirby service manual, I'd appreciate that it be added to the Automatic Ephemera.
Unlike the mid-'60s version that is commonly available, there are updated sections for models Dual Sanitronic 50 and 80 and the Classic.
Section 1 - the Motor Group, would be updated to include the two Dual Sanitronic models and the Classic, and improved parts for all Kirby models.
Section 2 - the Nozzle Group, would again be updated to include parts (both new and improved) for those last three models.
Section 3 - the Handle Group - ditto
Section 4 - the Emtor & Bag Group - ditto
Section 5 - Cord Group - ditto
Section 6 - Attachment Group - to include improved and updated parts for models Dual Sanitronic 50/80 and Classic.
Section 7 - the Power Polisher Group, would be renamed the Miracle Head & Rug Renovator Group. "Miracle Head" was the model name given to the Power Polisher starting with the Classic 1CR. Other new accessories in this parts group included the Roll-O-Waxer (Dual Sanitronic 50/80) and Miracle Waxer (Classic).
Section 8 - the Handi-Butler Group - would be updated to include improved parts for the Dual Sanitronic 50/80 and Classic as well as the Swedish Massager accessory for the latter.
Section 9 - Flexible Shaft Group - to include improved parts for the Dual Sanitronic 50/80 and Classic
Section 10 - Surface Nozzle Group, Special and Obsolete Parts and Tools - to include parts for the Dual Sanitronic 80 and Classic (the D50 surface nozzle and elbow are the same color as the Sanitronic 562 and VII)
