Sorry to hear the two perfect tubes I sent you, didn't arrive.
One was even brand new!
There's nothing I could do to chase progress from this end because it was not Tracked/Signed-for. Signed-for from the UK was ridiculously expensive. $40 more if I remember correctly?

It would be worth your checking your Customs Depot, Post Office, or neighbours. You'd be looking for a brown cardboard Poster-Tube with "Fragile" tape banners both ends.
There's always the possibility that someone took it in and then went on vacation. Your address was written in marker-pen. So no chance that peeled off.
You'll need to pay through the nose to have everything Signed-For, or risk losing more parcels I guess? It leaves a bitter taste to think someone's pinched it along the way.
