Wanted: Hoover Convertible red brush strips

As my daily driver, my Hoover custom convertible, continues to clean well, I am noticing that its old brush strips are either already worn or starting to wear down. Sadly, A searh on Ebay revealed that i am kind of out of luck. If there are stiffer brush strips available, please let me know. For reference, my model number is U4395.

Standard or reverse helix? I think I have a set here, NOS.

There's two kinds? Interesting, I'll have to check and get back to you on that.

Post a picture of it (installed in the vac) and I can tell. I should have both styles but I want to be sure. Otherwise I think I have the white ones, which are just as stiff.
