Wanted: Hoover convertible brush for later models

So I have made a tentative choice on a new vacuum: a Hoover c1431 (with fingertip switch). However, I am looking to upgrade the brush to a beater brush (the dual row bristle brush just doesn’t clean the carpet great) and a metal bottom plate (easily found on eBay.) however I can’t seem to find the former on eBay. I found a brush with beater bars, but the end caps were wrong, and I couldn’t find the flat style end cap (could find the one with the rectangular notch, but that’s it). Does anyone have a spare beater brush from a Hoover convertible or decade they are willing to part with?
