I have a working Vorwerk Kobold VK 120 and frischer that we bought in the 80s that I'm looking to find a better home for than the local landfill. It still works, I just got tired of looking for bags and bought myself a bagless vac :-). I can take pictures, but I figured I'd see if there was a market for the thing before taking good pics.

It does have some minor problems, like the catch for the bag holder broke so it's held on with twine, and it could probably use minor serviced work just from normal wear and tear. The pad for the seldom-used frischer is shot, no surprise after over 20 years.

I'm willing to let it go for the cost of shipping, or if someone is close enough to the Inland Empire area of Southern California we could work out a meet to hand it off.

For just the cost of shipping?

And what would the cost be to area code 32246?

I'm near a store with a BUNCH of old Vorwerk attachments, I'll be able to fix this vacuum up nicely.

Oh, man, did I let this slide! Too much Propulsion Gel. ;-)

Making a guess at 30 lbs, FedEx says $47.08 from my zip to yours. That's for the vacuum and attachments, but I didn't dig the frischer out when I got on the scale.

If you're still maybe interested, let me know. I set changedetection.com to watch the page for me, or drop me an email if it looks like the exploding lemons got me ;-).

long time no see!

GLaD to see you've bounced back to vacuumland, repulsion gel, perhaps?

Even I forgot about this posting! $50 for a lightweight cleaner doesn't sound like the right amount, I've had HEAVY cleaners shipped from the North for half that. If you get the chance, could you weigh the machine and get back to me with an updated shipping price? Thank you.
