VCCC Convention / hotels

For the upcoming VCCC conference in Milwaukee, is anyone staying at The Pfister?
And could anyone comment on its proximity to the conference's events?

FYI: The chosen hotel for the VCCC conference is attractive in every way including its price. However, other issues may be involved which may lead to us staying at The Pfister.

Give me a call - I've stayed at the Pfister. It is wonderful, but would be a bit of a trek from the convention.
