In the course of searching around for vacuum info on the web, I ran across the Vax brand. It looked a lot like the Bosch upright, and sure enough, I found out that Bosch makes the Vax cleaners.
I was interested in various features, such as the integrated handle/attachment wand, the bottom emptying dust cup, the separate brush roll motor, and of course the cyclonic cleaning. However, although the various product descriptions described the unit as not losing suction, I couldn't find any technical information about the exact nature of the cyclonic system. It looked like just one big cyclone/dust cup to me.
