VensonI was actually done with it along time ago! =) The water level is about a quarter of the way in the bucket. the air intake in the bucket it is quite high up so VERY VERY little water get up in to the hose. The second bucket acts as a shroud so the water that will never make it out of the bucket collects the water that wont go in to the bucket, so it won't go in to the motor.
