vacs in films/tv series

I always used to think it was great to see vacuums used as props in tv series and films years ago. For instance there was a lovely scene with a constellation in "Timeslip" 1970, a lux z55 or 62 in "kizzy" 1970s about a gypsy girl, a connie and a junoir in "on the buses" and i think a lux 80 in early "home and away" late 80s. If anyone remembers these or others or even better has the footage wouldnt it be great to share it?

The Royal upright and the cylinder (not a clue what it was) in "The Borrowers" and a Hoover Elite (i think) in "Charmed" (some episode in series 6 - i remember Phoebe was trying to meditate but couldn't block out the sound of the vacuum).

This thread was the first one to pop up, I'm here because I just saw a GOLDEN Electrolux model L in the corner of a room during the first scene of the 3rd episode of 'Miami Vice', the show is especially fun to me as I get to see the elegance of Florida's 1984 cousin!

Just saw a NEW 1962 tilted HOOVER Constellation, in the Twilight Zone, episode 'young man's fancy'. A newly married couple debates over selling the groom's now decreased mother's house, only to the wife find his mother not letting go of her son.things in the house start working when once broke, along with turning older.the new rotary phone went to the candlestick style, and the Constellation turned to an older coffee can model! Perhaps a 150 or 545, HOOVER experts, away!

Here are a couple photos from the referenced TWILIGHT ZONE episode of reply #4 originally aired on May 11, 1962, "Young Man's Fancy"--Season 3, Episode 34.

Without giving the plot away another older vacuum cleaner is also seen later in the episode with which I'm unfamiliar.

I am TCM fan and love watching old movies. For the frist time as I watched the musical Music Man today and I actally saw in the kitchen of Widow Peru and non electric two part hand pump vacuum. I must have watched this musical a thousand times over the years and never ever saw it until today.. I have seen this vacuum on ebay...Has anyone else seen this?

That 'old' vacuum is a Kenmore Bug-Eye! Wonder if there's any chance of it still being around in the prop house?
