Has anyone owned a Vacman System?
The Website is Vacmansystem.com and it has a video showing the product but I could not find anyone who sells the product.
It looks like an older style water filtration system.

I'm not too impressed

It was shown to have 50 inches of lift which is really not too impressive i'm guessing the airflow is also not too great at the hose. The machine they compared it to seemed to be a fan first bagless hoover which were known for poor filtration and would have a lower suction rating due to it's fan first design.

The power head seems like the wessell werk built SEB-217 which is not a great head for deeper pile carpeting.

They seem to not really show the power nozzle either when they went to clean the couch and demonstrate cleaning under the couch they cut away to the combo floor tool and talked about the power nozzle.

Devin,
I agree with you. The video is a little confusing as they call the straight suction tool a power brush but then they show an electric power nozzle in some shots. The instruction book shows an electric power nozzle.
Also noticed they show plastic wands on the video but metal on the web site.
I wrote Tom Gasko and he was kind to answer. He said it was similar to something called "Ocean Blue".

It seems like to me that I remember seeing an infomercial YEARS ago for something that looked like this machine late one night.
It would be interesting to see how much they sell for and it they are still sold.
Just when you think you have see all the machines out on the market!

Oh i know

Water filtration seems to be a huge thing right now, there's plenty of companies popping up now that are using the separator design. I always figured water filtered vacs were an easy sell due to them having no bags or filters, and being able to see the dirt in the pan.

I also realized that the bagless systems blow the dust around in the container and make it look like you are picking up a LOT more than in reality.
I few times I cleaned a bagless machine out with my old Rainbow and was surprise to see how it LOOKS like so much less dirt when it hits the water basin.
I don't see how all these companies can copy the other machines so close and not get sued.

What I do notice is that my Rainbow gets so much more sand and grit (fine stuff) and not as much carpet fluff as some machines.
It will be interesting to find out more about this machine.

Have you also noticed that so MANY of the different companies use the SAME old cheap generic tools and buy power nozzles very much alike.
So few have unique tools like the Kirby, Rainbow and Aerus anymore.
