Using a Convertible with attachments

Thanks to Tom who helped me out with a 1031 attachment set, I was able to test out a Convertible with attachments for the first time.

I thought it did a pretty decent job, even considering it isn't completely closed off from the brush roll.

It's funny though, now, after seeing how it hooked into the vac, I vaguely remember growing up a relative have the attachment set and was using it once. The part I remember most was the hose coming out under the bag.

I made a quick video of it, though forgive the narration, as I have some other friends who aren't collectors watching it as well

cool. i think the rear-conversion has its place. for doing the edge of wall to wall carpet, its just the thing. also good for cleaning throw rugs and bath rugs.

That's a very interesting video - glad to see more people are doing videos of their machines now, gives us Brits a chance to see the US machines in action! I love the colour-scheme of that particular Convertible, too.
