I think any machines with the orange stripe on the bag came from K-Mart.

Thats a 1988/89 K-mart MOL model. I belive that model was around 89.99 with attachments =)
The next one up for 99.99 was the 350 with headlight IIRC.
I havn't seen one in that color in years but I could swear the non headlight cover was gray. Mabe they used a few colors like the vacs themselves. I think in 89/90 the Kmart 300 was 2tone gray with the orange stripe.
Also Ames sold a few of those but in darker blue i think.

I saw an elite just lik the one in the first post at a thrift store in Rexburg, ID back in June for $20! I didn't buy it though because I didn't hav 20 bucks and because my Mom said we didn't hav enough room in the car for a vacuum because we were travelling. The one at the thrift store in Rexburg didn't hav the attachments though.
I have made the 350 look SO much better than when I took that picture! I use that Elite everyday now.
