Two additions, two repairs

A while ago i picked up a Sebo Electronic 370 from a vacuum shop. It was missing it's hose, and the arm would not support the body putting which put all of the weight on the neck of the nozzle. In order to fix this a whole new body had to be ordered, and thanks to the owner of the vac shop i frequent i got the body for only $75 instead of the $150+ i was seeing online.

On the lower right is where the arm goes it was just destroyed by whoever had it before.

I was also lucky enough to find a used hose at the vac shop

Overall it's what you would expect from a Sebo quiet, good cleaner and seems fairly sturdy.
The one thing i do not like about it is when it's used on that plush carpeting it's hard to move it's like a brick on a stick.

Repair #2

Picked up from a Thrift store it was priced cheaply. It's exactly what you'd expect from a direct air stick vac loud but effective. It originally had a two speed switch but it would only run in low and if moved onto High the switch would stick and it would not run so i replaced it with a simple rocker as i figured the odds of finding another two speed switch for this vac were not great. It's not a bad vacuum, i do like that you can use the handle tube as an extension. I like to pair it with the Wessell Werk EKB340 to allow it to clean carpeting.

Find #1 A King for the Queen

The vac shop guy brought a new load of trade ins from a Kirby dealer and among them came a few Silver Kings he let me take one home for a good price. It's big it's heavy it's loud but it's fairly powerful (pulls a 3 on the baird meter at the hose end about an 8 at the machine) and the hose is huge 8' according to the website. I also have the wand (which is on the lindhaus head currently) and the water extraction nozzle.

And finally find #2

A central vac! it would not start up i also got this from the vac shop it was just sitting out so i asked about it, it had been traded for a new Beam system and i was going to buy it for #30 and as i was taking the motor apart (with some advice and assistance from them) the supports on the back of the fan chamber broke from trying to get the broken bearing out, it was so dissapointing With no spare motors on hand he made me an offer i could not refuse if i bought the silver king he would throw in the body of the central vac.

So while i've not had a chance to use it next month when i get my bonus i think i will be buying a new motor for it,

It had a 7.2' dual stage tangential motor in it. He did recommend a new Lamb motor but if you guys have any motor suggestions feel free to say so i would like to get one that does not consume too much electricity as eventually i will be moving into an apartment area where i could probably not get a 20+ amp breaker
