Our neighborhood business committee sponsored a "Boo Bash" on Saturday and encouraged costumed kids to trick or treat at the participating businesses. I "dressed up" and had my Kirby G3 (with Tech Drive) "at the ready". I asked many of the trick or treaters if they would like candy or would like to try the G3 (with Tech Drive). Interestingly, I had many takers - almost always boys - who wanted to use the Kirby. I explained that it was best to dress up when using such a fine machine and treat it like a dance partner. Then I helped them do a waltz forward-2-3, back-2-3. What a riot. Even very very little kids tried it. Their parents seemed to be enjoying the caper.
P.S. They got candy too.
I did offer to let them use the Kirby all afternoon if I could have all of their candy but I got no takers. One kid offered to trade his candy for the vacuum cleaner. What fun!
