Wow! Awesome story. I remember you finding that canister, I figured all the other parts were long gone. Good to hear they will be together again!

Yes - a true-to-life vacuum fairy tale in my books. I thought those pieces were long gone also. And if not what were the odds of me getting them?
Luck I suppose. The same luck that landed me a perfectly good like-new tablet from that thrift store dumpster a few weeks back. And all the other good stuff I had rescued from there as well, despite little effort given.....
I will try to get a picture of the Kenmore set all together from the new owner once these attachments are restored. The canister had been restored already.
