Is it my imagination, or does the lovely lass in the pic look an AWFUL LOT like the one and only Ava Gardner?! I recognize the model from the Convertible owner's manual, but I've never seen THIS shot. I'll have to dig out my manual and see if this was one of the original pictures.

Love the 50's era "modern art" getting dusted.

I thought she looked like Marla English (actress/model) who made her biggest mark in the 1950's. Art could be improved by superimposing the Constellation lady and vacuum on the staircase. (Ordinary hoses only reach this far!) Love that chair too. Signed,

This picture came from the collection of Jeff Parker. I believe that it was from original promotional artwork from Hoover. It definitely did not come from a manual or other advertising. I don't know if it was ever used.

Don't you just love the 50's style? Who wouldn't vacuum with earrings and heels back then? That 65 would have been beautiful in color!
