As my user name suggests, I am an avid collector of Regina Electrikbrooms, grew up during 70's and 80's during the mid peak of there heyday and have models dating back to the very first model 1 from 1945 vintage to the very last traditional style with a bag which was 1992. Your Electrikbroom is of 1985-1986 vintage. Regina made loads of changes over the years to these brooms and it takes eagles eyes to spot them in many cases. It would take several pages to list the changes here but I have highlighted some of them below.
