Yes,that film clip DOES show the proper service procedures for a Shark vacuum-after all they are the KING of dumpster vacuums today!And when the truck empties the dumpster stick around for the delightful "crunch" as the vac goes thru the compactor!The vac place near me ordered some Sharks just for the parts!he will do better selling the parts to Shark customers than the new machine!

I looked at buying a Rotator powered lift away a few months back as Rodger seems to rave about them on his youtube review videos but when I tried it out in store I found felt very cheap and plasticy. The lack of parts backup also put me off. Ended up buying a Miele instead
