I have to laugh and share...I was in an argument with my b/f. I didn't want to see him, but he insisted he come by for a work shirt that I washed for him the other day. He came barreling into my home, but look out! OOOPS tripped on that cord from my Hoover Constellation. LOL The vacuums, they look out for their owners.

LOL, that took the wind out of his sails. All he could do was look down at it and shake his head. Connie diffused the entire situation.

Connie never forgave him for his comments when she came home from eBay...He said, "What the hell is that?!?!" I replied, "Why honey, that is a vintage Hoover," He answered, "Well, that is the ugliest thing I've ever seen."

Time to get a new

outlook, Mr. Boyfriend! We will not be oppressed by your narrow mindedness and intolerance! In time you will see our side of things, and will embrace Vacuumness with all of the passion we do! Or not. How is the current Constellation tool and wand situation Debbie?

ah, Mr. Boyfriend has accepted that I collect vacuums. But he cannot appreciate the design on the Connie. His big concern I think, is that he feels I am spending all my extra money on vacuum cleaners.

I just tell him they are highly collectible and worth boatloads of moolah on ebay...LOL (Not that anyone of them will ever see the light of eBay).

Oh, and the suction is great. I was very fortunate in being the recipient of a proper Hoover hose and some tools gifted to me from the Great Tom Anderson, so now I do not have to use Lux tools with it.

An additional surprise with the Hoover Constellation hose was a Hoover convertible hose. I am now able to use my tools with my sky blue Hoover!
