I had the chance to try a SoniClean at the VDTA show in New Orleans about five years ago. It was nice, cleaned reasonably well, and seemed well made. The vibrator plate, to me, was so similar in thought and execution to the VibraBeat Eureka nozzle, as well as the "Pull-Vac Beater Brush" from the 1960's that Rainbow sold before the power nozzle. Not sure if it does much, seems kind of like the same gimmick.
