Message: <blockquote data-quote="s31463221" data-source="post: 277331" data-attributes="member: 833">BradThat is a model 1205 at heart, so I don't imagine it would be all that difficult to change the carbons on it.  The biggest issue you might run into is the power distribution block inside the housing.  I serviced and cleaned a regular turquoise 1205 for a friend sometime ago and it wasn't difficult to access the motor at all, just had to work around that block.  Good luck with it and that is a beautiful machine!  I have a 50th golden jubilee but she's not nearly in the shape your machine is in!</blockquote>
