As requested,

Pictures of the finished product!

@kirbylux77, Thanks for those tips.Ironicly, i found 2 packages of bags for this GE (One opened, one sealed) at a thrift store I stopped in on the way to see what the kirby store had to offer.Good thging I always stock up on odd-ball and N.O.S bags!:D
What I do like about the Genuine General-Electric bags for this model is that in every package of genuine bags there is 3 bags and 1 replacement exhaust filter strip
(It fits into a little plastic holding tray, as seen in a below pic).
The original General-Electric bags are really nice quality, though.they're thicker than other, simular bags, "Microlined", I believe the word is.

When I do run out of bags, however, Type U bags will be very helpful!
Until then, Pictures!

In Regards to The King of Plastivacs

I work for Walmart, and the other day I was going through the store and I did note that we are now carrying a bagless Hoover that they've slapped the Elite name on

I have a green bagless version of this machine, that I found on the curb a few months ago. Mine is missing the filter and the filter cover, but it works, albeit with dust caking the filter housing. Do you know where replacement filters can be bought?

Also, the serial number may mean it was made in 2001, but I'm not 100% sure.

I'm not even sure,

If they still make filters for this model!

As I said above, The filter is easily replaceable, as it comes in a package of Genuine GE-1 bags (More than likely N.L.A), and snapped into a plastic cartridge.
